My Way Code CIC

In February 2015 I set up My Way Code CIC, a social enterprise looking at delivering a program of easy, fun questions and ways to reflect and look after your own mental health through innovative platforms; an app, eWorkshops and group workshops. @MWCSoni

World Health Innovation Summit

I’m pleased to say that in collaboration with Martyn Blacklock (Self Coach) and the World Health Innovation Summit (WHIS), the My Way Code concepts are being delivered in their WHISkids programs in primary schools, to businesses and organisations through WHISatwork and to older people through WHISseniors.

International Fellowship

More recently I was honoured to receive an International Fellowship with England Centre for Practice Development based at Canterbury Christ Church University. Together with other fellows from across the field of health and care we are seeking to collaborate to enrich, inform and innovate good practice. @ECPD3

Gather the Women

Since June 2014 I have held a monthly women’s circle in Carlisle as a Regional Coordinator for Gather The Women – a global network of circles. I also join other women from around the world on monthly Virtual GTW Circle. Join the facebook group.

Global Village Mental Health

In March 2016 I met Deirdre Munro at the World Health Innovation Summit in Carlisle. She is the Founder of the Global Village Network, beginning with Global Village Midwives. I went on to begin Global Village Mental Health and we are collaborating further on Global Community-Centred Health and Care Model, again using the My Way Code concept at its core.

Certified Change Agent

Earlier this year I completed the NHS School for Health and Care Radicals and become a Certified Change Agent. I began a weekly mental health twitter chat #SHCRmh as part of this process which now continues monthly via @MWCSoni
