With over 17 years in practice working charities, for businesses and private individuals, I have helped people facing many different challenges including anxiety, depression, loss and change, abuse, burn-out and stress.
Whilst I’m a good listener, I like to actively collaborate together to help you find patterns of beliefs, behaviours and strategies that work for you, not against you. I’m not the stereotypical nodding, ‘umming’ therapist!

I work with english speaking private, self referred adults including employees referred through their workplace. After many recent years in north Cumbria UK, I now work from home on a beautiful Zeeland island on the Netherlands coast.
